About Me

I help ambitious teams turn complex problems into products that feel inevitable. My work sits at the intersection of systems, strategy, and storytelling β€” with a stubborn obsession for craft.

Currently leading product design at Linear, previously at Stripe and Figma. When I'm not in Figma, you'll find me sketching at cafΓ©s or chasing good light with a film camera.

β€” Chapter 01

Context: A product that scaled faster than it could simplify.

Stripe Atlas helps founders incorporate companies remotely. After six years of growth, the dashboard had become a patchwork of features β€” powerful, but overwhelming for first-time founders navigating tax filings, equity, and compliance.

The Before. β€” LEGACY DASHBOARD AUDIT 1 Unclear hierarchy 2 No progressive disclosure 3 Repetitive form patterns 4 No clear status of action 5 Mobile completely broken
β€” Chapter 02

The problem in numbers.

Internal data revealed that 47% of founders dropped off during the activation flow. Support tickets were dominated by confusion over next steps.

The process: from chaos to clarity.

We ran 23 user interviews, mapped 4 jobs-to-be-done, prototyped 11 flows, and ran 3 rounds of usability testing before committing to a direction.

The solution: a dashboard that guides, not overwhelms.

A new status-led architecture, a unified component system, and a "next best action" engine that surfaces what matters now.
